Shoton-Opera Festival 2011
The 16th Annual Shoton-Opera Festival will commence from 16th to 23rd Feb at Phuntsokling Tibetan Settlement, Orissa.
As per guidance of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, in working towards the promotion and creating awareness about Tibetan opera tradition, especially among the youths and general public. Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts have decided to organize this year Shoton-Opera Festival at Phuntsokling Tibetan Settlement, Orissa (Eastern India).
