70th Birthday Celebrations of His Holiness the Dalai Lama
Tibetans both in and outside Tibet will celebrate the 70th birthday of His Holiness the Dalai Lama through a series of religious, social, educational and health programmes as a mark of their heartfelt appreciation for His Holiness the Dalai Lama for the quality of leadership he provides to the 6 million Tibetan people.
A three-day Tibetan dance and music festival will be organised at the Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts in Dharamsala.
