Tour of Mumbai - Dec 2004
The Finance Department of the Tibetan Govt-in-Exile organized a cultural show in Mumbai and they invited TIPA to perform there for a day. Our Director led the 30 members for the tour. Our cultural performance took place on Dec 20.
